We ship Australia-wide from our Bendigo, Victoria showroom.
Processing Times
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. During sale periods and new collection launches, dispatch times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Delivery Estimates
- Victoria: 1–3 business days
- NSW, ACT & SA: 2–5 business days
- QLD & Tasmania: 3–6 business days
- WA & NT: 5–10 business days

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel's journey.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. The Dress Shop is not responsible for delays or additional postage costs resulting from incorrect address information.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is managed by the shipping carrier. If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist.
